Week 1 – The Remnant
In Week 1, we focus on understanding the historical pathway from Mount Sinai to the time of Nehemiah. We dive into the narrative of Israel, exploring the significant legacies of leaders like David and Solomon. Through this historical lens, we’ll gain insights into the spiritual foundation upon which our faith is built. As Nehemiah was instrumental in rebuilding Jerusalem's walls, we are called today to rebuild the walls of culture, serving as pillars of light and salt in our families, church, community, nation, and world.

Week 2 – The Burden
Week 2 centers around Nehemiah as an ordinary individual with an extraordinary burden for his people and city. Through his journey, we learn about the power of a shared vision and collective action. This week’s focus ties into our current mission, emphasizing how personal conviction and shared burdens can inspire us to be the change agents in our societies, rebuilding cultural and spiritual walls in our present-day contexts.

Week 3 – The Work
In Week 3, our attention is on the divine provision and unfolding realization of the project Nehemiah undertakes. We’ll discuss the practical aspects of building, emphasizing unity and collective contribution. In the spirit of Nehemiah’s project, we are reminded of our role in the continual building and expanding of our local church’s influence as a beacon of hope and light in our communities and beyond.

Week 4 – The Opposition
Week 4 is dedicated to exploring the challenges and oppositions Nehemiah faced during the rebuilding process. We will dive into the strategies and perseverance that marked Nehemiah’s leadership. Drawing parallels with today, it reinforces our commitment to standing resilient against societal pressures, ensuring that our local churches remain strong pillars of faith in our communities.

Week 5 – The Reward
In the concluding week, we delve into the fulfillment of divine promises, witnessing the majestic interweaving of history from Abraham to the Messiah. This week, we celebrate the fruits of steadfast faith and labor in God’s vineyard. It resonates with our vision of building the local church to be a triumphant and rewarding beacon of God’s love and light in our world.
