As our church as grown, we've found it very helpful to put all of our events online and stop trying to promote every single one on a weekend. Instead of trying to blast all of them at once, it's helpful to just put up one slide that says "visit _____ to see all of our events." Not only does it save time in prep for the weekends, but it's pushing people to your website where they can find much more valuable information as well!
