We were looking for a way to train existing volunteers while also recruiting new leaders. Team Night was the answer. We start with worship and a message and then break out into master classes where our team leaders teach a twenty minute workshop on a different topic each month that will help their team grow and do their jobs better. Included in these are fully customizable Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator files.
