Pastors and church leaders will also gain insight into our unique approach to Christian discipleship, gain practical tools, and share experiences. The conference offers a valuable opportunity to understand how we unite our churches, equip effective ministry across our multiple locations and foster a culture that courageously and unapologetically builds the Local Church.
The Quail Hunt Excursion includes 1 1/2 days of hunting, sport shooting, and connection with other pastors. All meals are included in the cost, as well as travel to and from Tulsa International Airport. The cost of the hunt is $1,125. A deposit of $600 at the time of registration is required to secure your spot.

The Pastors Summit is a boutique pastor’s gathering designed to help pastors reconnect, refresh, and rebuild in the new and opportunity rich season of post Covid19 ministry. Our keynote speaker this year is Pastor Willie George, and the gathering is being hosted by Pastor Stephen Martin and Vintage Church in Harker Heights, TX.
Every scheduled event, session, and breakout is also designed to equip you with practical ideas and resources that you can use while connecting you to other like-minded pastors.
This Pastor’s Summit will be limited in size to create an environment where lasting relationships can be formed around the shared goal of making the local church better. The cost is $99 to attend will cover meals and childcare. Travel and hotel are not included.
